Sometimes we move away from ourselves, our goals. I think treating “it” as a needed break has helped.
Not paying attention to the urgency of time in the old way. That had an air of right now! Right now often leads to funk or failure because of the missing components not found. Hurrying through ideas is not the way to go. Building the understructure of an idea takes careful planning, one step at a time. And well-done components that will connect.
If you want a great working engine, you need to use good parts that are unbreakable and strong.
Not going “there” but simply being present, and allowing myself fluidity. Meaning what? Consistency. Allowing myself to freely observe and take note of what is really important. Letting go of the perfectionist self more by knowing it will get done, whatever it is. Knowing it will avalanche into place. I only have to pave the way for what follows me.
Thoughts. Thoughts that are not to be overthought, or that is all you will do and get nowhere.
