Good Moring Sunshine! So what comes next?

So, what comes next? I believe it is putting things into motion! You don’t get anything out of life if you don’t put something into it! I believe age does not matter! You get older every day! So what! I do not feel old.

Who I am is what matters most to me! I love life and people! Right now I feel I am passed a major hump in the road. I am not going to worry about some of the things I could. Trigger and negative self-talk, not going to buy into these! Been there, done that! Didn’t get me anywhere!

I remember being 20-something and wondering what I would do with my life. I loved art and poetry. I was interested in psychology; and art therapy. Basically, why people do as they do as individuals, couples, groups, and whole societies. Anthropology.

I have other interests I continue with: Love to read about physic, philosophy, and history. Interested in and research the creative process, the mind/brain, and neurosciences.

Having an interest and becoming involved in them is important! The research I do is so that I can understand how the mind works during the creative process. Art therapy helps people mentally. physically. emotionally and spiritually! Creative endeavors help people. I am curious about just how this happens. It begins with the brain.

Most things start with questions. what do I want my life to be like now I am retired or older, or suddenly single? It’s a far more interesting life to move towards new ways of living with new ideas! it does not mean I loved Thomas less to move forward. But the fact is it’s me now! I am not the only one in the world that has had a loved one die.

Thomas and I talked about this, most couples do. Usually its with the feeling that nothing is going to happen. However, it does make you think about “what if?” We think “what if?” when people we know die as well. Thomas’s reaction to his death one day was to make sure I would be “ok financially”.

I am taking some tips from learning to make a business plan. One of the first things you do is to envision where you want to be in a year’s time, then in five years, and the year’s time! What you want to do depends on revenue streams, if you want to do more than what you can with what your finances are at. Means working! This means living below your means so you can do what you feel is important. If you want independence you need to create a plan!

I have to sell my house to move forward and return to writing the manual for Shibui Found Image Art. To stay in writing mode I can write blogs. I can work on some art. I can write in my business journal. The trick is to keep your plan in mind,, and follow through with it. If it does not work pivot! Success comes with being consistent. How it can work is one day you may get one or two things done, but this is not a time to despair! The next day you get one or two or three things done! After several days what you have done is an accomplishment, usually things avalanche! Time off from work is important too, so you take care of yourself! (I am grateful to my business coach for teaching me these skills. They work! They keep me from panicking and having triggers that prevent me from moving forward! Trust and believe in yourself! Begin and end what you need to do, and develop a plan of action!

I live in Southern Maine. I am the owner of Anisette Studios. My website is https://www.anisettestudios.com/ Here you can view and purchase Shibui, sign up for my newsletters, blog, and read articles about Shibui Found Image Art. Patrons get great deals several times a year and special items at times. My site makes it easy to contact me. My primary art form is Shibui Found Image Art. Shibui begins with action art and stems from the imagination. It is like seeing something in the clouds or solving a puzzle. Its creative process has its own rules and requires what I call reverse engineering due to a lack of an understructure and purely out of the imagination. In addition to those who patron me, my target groups are those who use art therapy. I will soon be teaching live. Contact me if you would like to learn live. I use Zoom. I request that although my art, other images, and what I write is now published by me here on WordPress; I do ask you do not to use my artwork, poetry, or the information about Shibui Found Image Art without my permission. I am quite available to make such requests. I wish to share the following: The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir wrote a book called The Ethics of Ambiguity. In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, β€œTo will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.” Best wishes to all! Have good times and keep safe! Pejj

  1. πŸ’œ The Correct Question EveryOne is ‘What happens now’ not what happens “next” πŸ€” ? because Being Raised to Future Gaze is The Primary Source of Our DisAppointments and Misery; it is obvious that Our CHOICES!!! and DECISIONS!!! NOW!!! Determine Our Futures EveryBody…now (pun definitely intended) here’s the rub; it’s Crystal Clear Clarity that We THINK!!! We Consciously Control Our Futures while Our SubConscious is Cheekily Chuckling as We Slip, Swerve and Stumble from Pitch to Post and then Rock πŸͺ¨ Bottom
