Getting in touch with happiness. Happiness comes from within us. I am very sure of this at this point in time. In the past I did not think very deeply about it, I simply longed to have it. My happiness was linked to other people in my life. It begins in childhood I think. We, humans, become couples and have babies____and we learn through observing the lives of our parents, and what they think, and have time to teach us. Perhaps this is oversimplified. There is a lack of time when you are a parent with work and all else needs to be done! Your life with few hours, and it’s vital when you do have your kids, that you parent in thoughtful ways. If you are dysfunctional as most of us can be. It isn’t much help to pass on good information about how to understand or communicate in the world. These two things contribute to being happy. Some dysfunctions are far worse, especially abuse. I do believe a lot can be solved through learning how to communicate well, this is something we could teach in the school system where it would help there and in our personal lives. We would be on the same page at least. We would be better skilled in our relationships. This would contribute to more happiness. We would make better choices. There would be less bullying and better marriages, and friendships.
Best wishes! Pejj
