It is amazing to me that I feel so good! Feeling good has not always been the experience. But this is consistent even with all the things happening in the world. I am not oblivious to what is happening in the world. I think about what is happening elsewhere.
I send out the intent of love, peace, good health, goodwill; many other positive intentions out into the world. Safety and intent that the madness of politics and war change to one of unity and peace. I do believe what we think and feel affects the world. It’s being proven to be the case.
The fear that we generate fills our hearts, and that ripples forward. There is a greater power with love. Believing in love can ripple forward, and is key to living life these days.
It can feel like we are not affecting the world. However, I feel we can through sending love and all good intention out into the world. I feel that is something I can do. We are all a part of a great consciousness.

In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, “To will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.”
