Good morning! May your all of a super day! I change the course of my day by getting the red morning light. This early morning light helps the body work well. In the past, my body has not seen much of being outdoor. I plan to change this up! The red light of the morning and evening are good for our bodies. Like plants, we get nourishment from the sun. I do love to have morning coffee out on the deck when it’s warm weather. It will make you feel good too! I do not know much about Chi Gong, but Gaia offers this program, and I hear YouTube does. So_____ making a commitment to this will be good! I can take my kindle outside with me. Then I can come in and write. The supplements are working well. I am just amazed. Now I am even more curious about what I can do with different foods. I pulled my moss agate today. Going with the one that felt like “Take me!” Then I looked it up. Just what I needed.
The really great thing about this new me is I feel like a have energy, that was not there before. The emotional work or start to the day is to find positive words and feel them. Not the emotions I have around them. It’s like “happiness is”. You can plug in any positive word and feel what it is. The goal is to train the mind to call up the feeling and then it can predict that feeling quicker, and longer for me. Working so far! We know humor, and happiness releases chemical reactions of all kinds in our bodies so why not use that state of being.
