Good Morning Sunshine! Feeling Good!

Feeling good! Such a great feeling!

I love it when I come across things that really help make a change in life! For me, that is iodine LOL But I won’t get back into that. It’s only each day is better! I added selenium, vitamin C and zinc. These were recommended to go along with the iodine. Now to monitor the intake, and talk with my doctor, let her know of the new changes and git her thoughts on this. My point? Think about what you eat, and check on what you are “low in.” Do you get enough vitamins? Are they made so they break down or do they transit on through? Do some research on what does what. I just love feeling good! And if what I do helps my body_____.

The day is cold but sunny here in Maine. I have had two small cups of coffee and now have some water. Ready to get into writing! Do some domestic stuff. Listening to Tina Turner. She is something else as a female powerhouse! I think of how long her career has been. Interesting woman, yet I know little about her. Not too late. Are there people you might explore? Do dive deeper as to who they are. Inspiration is always a good thing.

Talking about inspiration! I just finished Ink Heart by Cornelia Funke. What a wonderful writer. If you write____read! Read what you are into, learn the magic of writing by the skills of good writers. A reader will know when a writer is highly skilled. Think of all the great books, some have been made into movies. These three books: Ink heart, Inkspell, and Ink Death are for my granddaughter Emma. She has kindly left them here, so I can read them to her. Note too that Inkheart contains quotes from many other good books, these are found at the beginning of the chapters and the last pages of the book as acknowledgment. A booklisthave ste in the making!

I purchased the Princess Bride as well. However, this may be difficult for the younger reader. And the first, perhaps there are 50 pages is not the beginning of the story. I have an idea it is very different than the movie. Maybe as a teen, it will be something Emma could get into it. I will have a better idea after reading it.

I am stepping back from reading about neurobiology at this point. I have found enough info for the manual, and plan to keep this bit about the creative process brief. It may be another writing project. The focus of the instruction manual is Shibui Found Image Art. Sorting out what to bring into its process needs further examination, and that I can do later. Simplifying, and returning back to the process of Shibui.

May your days be sunny and bright! May love and wellness fill your days! Send good intent forth, out into the world that it can be a better place! May the hearts of all remember what it is to be human, and have love and security in their lives, may they remember they are not the only human in this world. May we all consider that being or becoming a hierarchy is not the way to live and have harmony and peace. How can we live life and feel we are above anyone else. We all have the potential to act dangerously stupid.

I live in Southern Maine. I am the owner of Anisette Studios. My website is https://www.anisettestudios.com/ Here you can view and purchase Shibui, sign up for my newsletters, blog, and read articles about Shibui Found Image Art. Patrons get great deals several times a year and special items at times. My site makes it easy to contact me. My primary art form is Shibui Found Image Art. Shibui begins with action art and stems from the imagination. It is like seeing something in the clouds or solving a puzzle. Its creative process has its own rules and requires what I call reverse engineering due to a lack of an understructure and purely out of the imagination. In addition to those who patron me, my target groups are those who use art therapy. I will soon be teaching live. Contact me if you would like to learn live. I use Zoom. I request that although my art, other images, and what I write is now published by me here on WordPress; I do ask you do not to use my artwork, poetry, or the information about Shibui Found Image Art without my permission. I am quite available to make such requests. I wish to share the following: The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir wrote a book called The Ethics of Ambiguity. In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, “To will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.” Best wishes to all! Have good times and keep safe! Pejj
