Good Morning Sunshine!

Time to work!

Monday, is Monday, all day long! I am listening to “Go Tell The Bee’s When I’m gone.” By Diana Gabaldon. Have coffee at the right. Now to ease into the day.

“Timing is of the essence in any adventure, but never more so than in choosing the persons and possessions that make up our everyday lives. We are eager to embrace that which touches our emotional nature, eager to embrace that which touches our emotional nature, eager to possess that which seems to be ours, because we have already claimed it in our minds and hearts. But claiming is not enough without wisdom.” Joyce Hifler. To Everything, There is a Season.

I must settle into writing the instructional manual, so as to be consistent today. It won’t come with listening to an audible book, so that will need to be turned off to get into the flow. I think to fill the dishwasher first. Is there not always some chore to be done? I could throw in the laundry as well. Two good chores that a machine can solve. Satisfying enough to appease the need to do “something!” towards household chores.

It feels like a slow day___. The quiet I love, the remainder of coffee, a new promise for a new pot. The mail has come. I have shut off the book. Dressed for the day in a new top. Doing weights 1 lb weights for arms is paying off, and other exercises. Far from a perfect body, but I feel better, stronger. My goal to become mentally, and physically healthier. Bringing in the treadmill is a part of the plan. How to fit all of this in the day? Just do it and not worry about how! I do believe that exercise has to go along with what I do, as those things mean sitting!

I have the winter to work o getting this down pat, and in the new year, make the commitment of fitness. January is just ahead and a new year! 2022? Wow!

Best of wishes! May your days ahead be just right! A mix of sun, and a good measure of what mother earth needs to heal. That will keep us all happy. And may love fill the heads and hearts of all!

I live in Southern Maine. I am the owner of Anisette Studios. My website is https://www.anisettestudios.com/ Here you can view and purchase Shibui, sign up for my newsletters, blog, and read articles about Shibui Found Image Art. Patrons get great deals several times a year and special items at times. My site makes it easy to contact me. My primary art form is Shibui Found Image Art. Shibui begins with action art and stems from the imagination. It is like seeing something in the clouds or solving a puzzle. Its creative process has its own rules and requires what I call reverse engineering due to a lack of an understructure and purely out of the imagination. In addition to those who patron me, my target groups are those who use art therapy. I will soon be teaching live. Contact me if you would like to learn live. I use Zoom. I request that although my art, other images, and what I write is now published by me here on WordPress; I do ask you do not to use my artwork, poetry, or the information about Shibui Found Image Art without my permission. I am quite available to make such requests. I wish to share the following: The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir wrote a book called The Ethics of Ambiguity. In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, “To will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.” Best wishes to all! Have good times and keep safe! Pejj
