Good Morning Sunshine!

I get such a kick out of this hat. LOL

My coffee is at my right! Getting cold of course. It seems it would not be normal if it weren’t. Today___Today a package came with two turtle necks in it. Lightweight sweaters! It has been years since I have had such sweaters! A light brown and light grey one. There was a time when I wore hip-huggers, and turtle necks, with long blonde hair and thought this looks great! LOL I’m not so sure of it looking great at this point with an apple figure, not 38, 26, 36 anymore. The nice thing about growing old with somebody is that you metamorph together. The illusion is I am reminded of feeling sexy, I’ll just avoid the mirrors! So I can feel like a Catherine Hepburn. It’s a long braid down the back today and not the Aunt Bea bun. Both work to keep hair off the face. I may even look to see if there is a light pink lipstick around. Alex will ask me if I am going out of course. I even have a long olive green vest to top of the sweater with and it matches the olive green leggings! The colors make me think of robin hood. I could hide in the woods. It could be hunting season by now though. That would not be good.

It feels slightly odd to dress for myself, I mean I always did but I dressed for Thomas too. He was my mirror! No more mirror____. He was the feller who told me I was beautiful! Inside and out. That is a wonderful thing to hear from your honey! So tell your sweethearts how beautiful they are for you! It’s the sexiest thing in the world when your own sweetheart makes you feel beautiful. as you get older even more so!

Otherwise, I have purchased three books for my library recently to read Miss Emma, and Oliver Thomas if he can sit long enough! Leather bound versions of The Princess Bride, The Never Ending Story, and Labyrinth. Emma is getting old enough to stay with me by herself now. This will be fun! We can watch Cat’s again, and just cuddle and read. Have tea parties with hot cocoa and cookies! Oliver I think is going to be about art, I have two paintings I hung of his in the dining area. He has a natural way about him when he paints. He is 5. Emma is 7 1/2. I will stop the world so it’s about them. I think it will be good to have an in-law apartment later on. Dave is designing their new home. I will sell this one. It will be sad, but there are a lot of pluses ahead. I design my own studio and Dave will make it for me.

I live in Southern Maine. I am the owner of Anisette Studios. My website is https://www.anisettestudios.com/ Here you can view and purchase Shibui, sign up for my newsletters, blog, and read articles about Shibui Found Image Art. Patrons get great deals several times a year and special items at times. My site makes it easy to contact me. My primary art form is Shibui Found Image Art. Shibui begins with action art and stems from the imagination. It is like seeing something in the clouds or solving a puzzle. Its creative process has its own rules and requires what I call reverse engineering due to a lack of an understructure and purely out of the imagination. In addition to those who patron me, my target groups are those who use art therapy. I will soon be teaching live. Contact me if you would like to learn live. I use Zoom. I request that although my art, other images, and what I write is now published by me here on WordPress; I do ask you do not to use my artwork, poetry, or the information about Shibui Found Image Art without my permission. I am quite available to make such requests. I wish to share the following: The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir wrote a book called The Ethics of Ambiguity. In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, “To will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.” Best wishes to all! Have good times and keep safe! Pejj
