There is always time to seek those small instances in every life that makes it grow. Anyone can pinpoint a certain time or place that has served as the turning point to stretch the mind and thinking past that small beginning.
The ways to grow without number if the person is alert and tuned into them. There are rich ideas in the simplest of conversations, beauty in sunrise and a sunset, and understanding in a handclasp if only we tap that great potential and move out of the vacuum that seem to hold us.
We must be watchful for opportunities. We must seek beyond our small personal desires to find anything of lasting value. When we seek only to satisfy ourselves, we become stagnant and sooner or later fall into a pattern of existing without purpose.

I am quite available to make such requests. I wish to share the following: The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir wrote a book called The Ethics of Ambiguity. In it, she lays out a guiding ethic in response to the philosophy of existentialism. It might be somewhat familiar to you already. She writes, “To will oneself free is also to will others free. This will is not an abstract formula. It points out to each person concrete action to be achieved.”
